Sales/New Accounts Manager

Base $45k-48k + Commission
First year earnings up to $75,000

Excellent opportunity for a Successful, Innovative and Career Minded individual, with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting or inside sales experience, to take that experience, hit the ground running, and begin growing into a management position within our highly acclaimed consulting firm.

Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to be a manager of new business development, a flair for marketing, a strong personal presence and power in their demeanor, and is on a mission to create a business opportunity that sustains their financial growth and well-being.

You will be identifying new relationships, in which you will be providing both recruiting services as well as human capital consulting solutions. You will be on the telephone qualifying business opportunities, making appointments and presenting yourself and our company in face to face meetings. You will utilize your 6+ years of business experiences to initiate strategic conversations with businesses, in the context of human capital problems and solutions.

Inside Sales/Recruiter

Base $40-45k + Commission
First year earnings up to $65,000

High-end professional services human resources consulting firm requires a creative, disciplined individual with a keen eye and ear for talent, 2-4 years solid experience in the recruiting field and hands-on Account Management experience to act as a key role in our client services team.

If you thrive in a fast paced, multi-dimensional environment, where the customers' needs come 1st and where creativity as well continuity is rewarded- then we are the team for you!

Your ability to learn quickly, and master somewhat complex processes in a short time span will be KEY to your success. Your skill with technology, Internet, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Database and Contact management is a requirement for effectiveness in our technological savvy office. Your keen observation and listening skills, your intuition and your honed analytical abilities will aid you in quickly becoming a pillar on our team, as well as with our customers. Your college degree in business, marketing, or entrepreneurialism, along with your related work experience and strong track record are key to quick ramp up and quality results.

You will be hands-on managing full life cycle recruitment and hiring projects with tight deadlines from start to finish with a team of four, including you. A strong skill at delegation and human capital talent and asset allocation, efficiency, follow through and detail orientation are required. You will earn the respect of your teammates by ramping up quickly, hitting the ground running and being a working partner who quickly masters our internal processes, and produces effective/efficient results.

You will be making outbound recruiting calls to passive talented candidates (head hunting), screening new applicants/resumes, updating candidates in the database, mining for referrals and overseeing and supporting a myriad of multi-dimensional recruitment tasks (from ad placement, to job fair planning) for up to 25 requirements at once. The more balls you can juggle effectively, while providing tiptop service to our customers the more bonus and promotions you will earn.

If you are masterful at uncovering the customers' real needs and providing value- based consultative solutions, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide array of human capital solutions; including organizational development, human capital acquisition, creation of complex hiring processes, as well as pre-employment outsourcing.

Base $38k-45k + Commission

The right candidate is someone who is bright, energetic, has proven tenacity and strong drive to succeed. If you are reaching for that right opportunity to shine and take on a role as a big fish in a small pond, Alliance HR Network is in need of a smart, detail-oriented and innovative candidate researcher with exceptional organizational, follow-through, and phone communication skills. Among other things you will do Internet and database research to surface qualified candidates, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, assist the team with various projects, and provide excellent customer service to our loyal clients. You need a knack for analyzing and evaluating information, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, performance-driven business. Salary is performance-based.
